Professional Scrum Master I

In deze officiële certified Professional Scrum Master training van Scrum.org leren de deelnemers hoe ze teams, product owners en ontwikkel afdelingen kunnen begeleiden om succesvol te zijn met Scrum. De training gaat uitgebreid in op de fundamenten van Scrum en Agile werken. De training zit vol praktijk voorbeelden en tips om de Scrum Master rol in de praktijk succesvol in te vullen. Ook is er veel aandacht voor Scrum adoptie en hoe je waardecreatie en ontwikkelproductiviteit kunt optimaliseren.

Scrum Master certificatie – PSM I

Om de officiële Scrum.org certificering te behalen, dienen de studenten het Professional Scrum Master examen af te leggen. Dit is een online examen, waarvan de kosten bij de prijs van de training zijn inbegrepen. Het examen is Engelstalig. Na het behalen van het certificaat mag je je voortaan Professional Scrum Master noemen. Ook ben je dan automatisch voor onbeperkte tijd lid van Scrum.org

Professional Scrum Trainers

Cesario Ramos is een deskundige op het gebied van management coaching en productontwikkeling. Hij werkt als een organisatie consultant bij grootschalige Scrum-adopties wereldwijd. Hij een Professional Scrum Trainer en is ook een gecertificeerde LeSS-trainer. In 2010 richtte hij AgiliX op, een adviesbureau dat over de hele wereld advies en trainingen verzorgt. Cesario is de auteur van het boek ‘EMERGENT – Lean & Agile adoption for an innovative workplace’ en co-auteur met o.a. Jeff Sutherland en James Coplien et. al. van het boek ‘A Scrum Book’. Hij is een veelgevraagd spreker op conferenties over de hele wereld en organisator van de internationale Large Scale Scrum (LeSS) -conferenties.
