De Professional Scrum Master II (PSM II) training van Scrum.org helpt de Scrum Master de volgende stap te maken. Deze praktische en intensieve training draait om jou als Scrum Master. Je leert om te gaan met verschillende situaties die je in je dagelijks werk tegen komt.
Behaal je PSM II Certificaat
Om je PSM II certificatie te halen is een PSMI certificaat vereist. Na het volgen van de PSM II training, krijg je toegang tot het examen. Dit is een online examen, waarvan de kosten bij de prijs van de training zijn inbegrepen. Het examen is Engelstalig. Na het behalen van het certificaat mag je je voortaan Professional Scrum Master II noemen. Ook ben je dan automatisch voor onbeperkte tijd lid van Scrum.org.

Professional Scrum Trainer
Cesario Ramos is een deskundige op het gebied van management coaching en productontwikkeling. Hij werkt als een organisatie consultant bij grootschalige Scrum-adopties wereldwijd. Hij een Professional Scrum Trainer en is ook een gecertificeerde LeSS-trainer. In 2010 richtte hij AgiliX op, een adviesbureau dat over de hele wereld advies en trainingen verzorgt. Cesario is de auteur van de boeken Coachin Agile Organizations, ‘EMERGENT – Lean & Agile adoption for an innovative workplace’ en co-auteur met o.a. Jeff Sutherland en James Coplien et. al. van het boek ‘A Scrum Book’. Hij is een veelgevraagd spreker op conferenties over de hele wereld en organisator van de internationale Large Scale Scrum (LeSS) -conferenties.
Voorbereiden op de PSM II training
Om het meeste uit de Scrum training te halen, is een goede voorbereiding van belang. Wij hebben ervaren dat het leer-rendement van deze training sterk verbonden is met de ervaring en het kennis niveau van de deelnemers. Om die reden hebben wij besloten strikte toelatingseisen te hanteren om aan deze Agilix training deel te kunnen nemen:
Volgen van een klassikale PSM I training.
Behalen van het PSM I certificaat (score 85% of meer).
Praktijkervaring in of met een team dat software producten ontwikkelt.
Praktijkervaring in de rol van Scrum Master van meerdere teams.
Voor wie is de PSM II training bedoeld?
De PSMII-training is bedoeld voor Scrum Masters en managers die een volgende stap willen zetten en de organisatie willen verbeteren door op een overkoepelend nivo te werken met teams, producten en de organisatie.
