Cancellation and/or rescheduling of registrations must be made by indicating the registration to be rescheduled or cancelled. If a cancellation and/or rescheduling is made three weeks or more before the start of the relevant training, the full amount of the training will be refunded upon cancellation/rescheduling. Cancellation within two weeks prior to the start of the training or during the training obliges full payment of the tuition fee. In the event of rescheduling within two weeks prior to the start of the training, the full tuition fee is also required, but a 50% discount will be granted on the training to which the registration is rescheduled. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation/rescheduling. Participants may be replaced before the start of the training, but not during a training that has already commenced. AgiliX reserves the right to cancel a training due to insufficient interest, but will make proposals regarding alternative dates.

In the event of cancellation by AgiliX, the full tuition fee will be refunded.

AgiliX reserves the right to make changes to the dates, location, and any other specifications of the training in necessary cases. AgiliX is not liable for any costs or (consequential) damages resulting from this for the participant and/or registrant.

Dutch law exclusively applies to all legal relationships in which AgiliX is a party, even if an obligation is performed wholly or partly abroad or if the party involved in the legal relationship resides there. The applicability of the Vienna Sales Convention is excluded. The court in the place of establishment of AgiliX has exclusive jurisdiction to hear disputes, unless the law mandates otherwise. Nevertheless, AgiliX has the right to submit the dispute to the competent court according to the law. Parties shall only appeal to the court after they have made every effort to settle the dispute through mutual consultation.

These conditions are filed with the Chamber of Commerce in Enschede. The latest filed version shall always be applicable, or the version that applied at the time of the legal relationship with AgiliX. The Dutch text of the general terms and conditions shall always be decisive for its interpretation.
