Creating Agile Organizations Book Club #1 with co-author Cesario Ramos

On November 3 we have our 1st Book Club meetup. It starts at 15:00 CET and ends around 16:30 CET.
We will work in groups to discuss the topic Optimize for Adaptiveness and share insights into how to apply the concepts to use in your organization.

After registration you will receive some reading materials to prepare.

Tooling

• Laptop with camera and mic.
• Any browser with access to mural.co
• Zoom

Anyone with some experience in Agile organization design and who is willing to learn more is welcome.
