In-depth Professional Scrum Product Owner

This is an in-depth 3-day course. We’ve added an extra day to address more advanced topics during the course. We will discuss not only the how-tos but also the whys behind the Scrum Framework and its implications on your organization. We’ll touch upon such topics as defining your product, implications of different product definitions, and scaling Professional Scrum in alignment with the Scrum Guide as surprisingly many organizations do it completely wrong. We’ll also dig deeper into the topic of resource utilization and effectiveness, being one more topic largely misunderstood. Our overall objective is not only to teach our students the mechanics of Scrum but to help them understand the reasoning behind the framework being as it is and be able to succeed with it.
