LeSS builds on top of the Scrum principles such as empiricism, cross-functional self-managing teams and provides a framework for applying that at scale. It provides simple structural rules and guidelines on how to adopt Scrum in large product development.

Who should attend the LeSS Basics Training?
The Certified LeSS basics course is for anyone who is involved in a LeSS effort. Basic Scrum knowledge is expected and can be achieved by attending a Professional Scrum Master course, or thoroughly reading Scrum introduction material such as the Scrum Primer and practicing Scrum.
Certified LeSS Trainer
The trainer for this course is Cesario Ramos, Cesario Ramos works on large scale transformation all over the world in banking, insurance and high tech industries. He is also a Certified LeSS Trainer and Professional Coach.
In 2010 he founded AgiliX, a consulting company, that provides consulting and training worldwide. Cesario is the author of the book ‘EMERGENT’ and co-author of the book ‘A Scrum Book’. He is a frequent invited speaker at conferences around the world and organiser of the international Large Scale Scrum (LeSS) conferences.
