The training covers the fundamental Scrum Patterns principles and thinking tools, stories on Scrum adoptions, exercises, and extensive Q&A to ensure we discuss the topics most of interest to the participants.

Jim ("Cope") Coplien is the father of Organizational Patterns, is one of the founders of the Software Pattern discipline, a pioneer in practical object-oriented design in the early 1990s and is a widely consulted authority, author, and trainer in the areas of software design and organizational improvements.
As one of the founders and proponents of Agile software development, one of Cope's passions is to work with the inventors of Scrum to facilitate its evolution as formalized in the Scrum Guide. He also is actively leading the work in Lean Architecture in conjunction the Scrum community. Most recently he has been co-author of the book 'A Scrum Book' and working with Trygve Reenskaug to take the DCI architecture forward. He is certified as a CSP, CSM, CSPO, CST, a DeBono creativity facilitator, and an Innovation Games facilitator.
Cesario Ramos is a co-author of 'A Scrum Book' and a Certified LeSS Trainer and Professional Scrum Trainer at Scrum.org. Cesario works as a management consultant on small and large scale Agile Transformations.
In the past he was an agile consultant at Xebia, CTO at codecentric NL, a product manager at Atos, a hard-core developer and the lead software architect at PANalytical. Over the years Cesario wrote numerous papers on agile development and is the author of the book ‘EMERGENT – Lean & Agile adoption for an innovative workplace’. He is happy to be an active member of the ScrumPloP® community and is a frequent speaker at conferences around the world.

Who should attend A Scrum Course
A Scrum Course is for anyone who is involved in small or large scale Scrum adoption. Above average Scrum knowledge is expected and required. This can be achieved by having experience in Scrum transformations, attending a Certified ScrumMaster course, Professional ScrumMaster course and by thoroughly reading Scrum introduction material such as the Scrum Primer and practicing Scrum.
